Who is Nrityaam NOT for?+
Nrityaam is not for students looking for quick choreography, shortcuts, or just a casual hobby class. Our training is designed for students who genuinely want to understand Bharatanatyam, build strong fundamentals, and learn the art form systematically with a modern approach.
Do I need prior experience?+
No. We have a structured training system for complete beginners as well as experienced advanced dancers. You'll be placed in the appropriate level based on your current knowledge, experience & goals.
What results can I expect?+
With consistent practice, you can expect to develop strong technique, better body control, rhythm, expression, theoretical understanding, and confidence in performance. Our goal is not just to teach you steps, but to build you into a well-rounded Bharatanatyam practitioner.
How much does it cost?+
Our classes start from ₹2.5K for Indian-based students and ₹4.5K for international students (group). The exact class fee depends on the program and level you choose. We don't charge anything above the class fee.
Is this online or in-person?+
Our regular Bharatanatyam training is conducted online (Google Meet), allowing students from different cities and countries to train with us without compromising on structured learning.
Do you offer certification?+
Yes. Students can participate in our structured yearly examination system through our associated examination framework. We are affiliated with Kolkata Charukala Society and Rabindra Bharati University's dance department.
What age groups do you teach?+
We teach students above 9 years old. We primarily work with teenagers and adults, mostly working professionals and serious learners. The right batch depends more on your level and learning goals than simply your age.
